Order Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, special launches), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery estimates begin once the package has been handed to the carrier.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

If an address is entered incorrectly:

  • We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect information provided at checkout.

  • If the order is returned to us, we can reship it to the correct address; additional shipping fees may apply.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:

  • Please contact the carrier directly.

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or missing items, contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.
